Britax Carseat Review and Giveaway!

I am so excited about this review and giveaway that FPL and Baby E are doing for this carseat that I just had to share it with my readers!!  I hope you get a chance to read the whole thing and enter the contest!!  Such an AWESOME opportunity for all you moms and dads out there who want one of these!!

I was so privileged to have Britax send me and Baby E the cutest and safest carseat to review! Might I add that Britax is also going to giveaway this same model to one lucky reader. Don't worry, if you have a boy you'll be able to choose a different color.

First, let me tell you about my experience with the seat. Out of all of my children I have never had such a fancy seat. I have to admit, I was a little overwhelmed and honestly a little intimidated at first with what I thought would be a headache to adjust and install. I immediately started to play with it and realized that the carseat is actually very "Mommy Friendly". When I mentioned on my Fan Page that I was going to do a review on this product, some of my fans mentioned their husbands were deployed and that they were worried about being able to install and adjust a seat all by themselves. My goal during this review was to do this entire process all by myself so that I could tell these ladies they wouldn't have a problem.

So here is my quick review of the process. 

The top part has a hand "release" (or that's what I call it) to adjust the back height. It's so easy.

 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE the harness that buckles over Baby E's chest. I can't tell you how impressed I am. Seriously, I'm still talking about it to my husband.

 To remove the back belts it's pretty simple and just like all other carseats.

There are plenty of "how to's" on the sides of the seat too.

 The back cushion comes right out, no fuss at all.

  It was very easy to install in my truck. I personally couldn't put it in the center seat as I have 4 kids and have to have the middle seat of the middle row open, but it was very easy to install. I have Baby E rear facing and will continue to until she is two (she is 13 months old now). 

I love all of the extra "cushioning" as it makes me feel like she has extra protection if we were to get in a car accident. I love this and I am here to tell the Momma's that they can install this themselves. Even if you get confused, there is a handy dandy book with tons of easy-to-read instructions that will help you through it all. I promise.
